How Many Songs Are Included in One Hour?
One hour of music typically includes about 15 songs. If you’re looking for 30 minutes of pre-ceremonial music, you can expect around 8 songs. For the ceremony itself, I usually play around 4 songs—this includes the couple's entrance, the signing of the registry, and the couple's exit. If you have a specific request for additional songs or a custom timeline, feel free to let me know!

Do You Take Song Requests?
Yes, absolutely! I love personalizing your music experience, so I take up to 3 song requests for free with every wedding/ event booking. Any extra requests beyond that will be subject to a separate quotation. Just be sure to include your must-have song before booking and I’ll do my best to accommodate them!

Can you play a requested song if there’s no sheet music available?
Yes! I can transcribe it if a music sheet isn’t available. Depending on the song’s complexity, there may be a small fee for transcription—just let me know in advance, and we’ll make it happen!

What Do You Need From The Venue?
I’ll need a flat, stable surface to set up my harp, and ideally, step-free access to the performance area. If the event is outdoors, a sheltered spot will be necessary to protect the harp. Read more

Do You Require Food and Drinks on Our Wedding / Event Day?
While I don't require food and drinks, I would be very grateful if you could provide a hot meal and drinks for bookings that last over 3 hours. It’s a long day and having something to recharge makes all the difference!

Do you need a power supply?
No, my amplifier is battery-powered so I don’t require any external power source.

How Long Can You Play For?
One set of music typically lasts between 40-60 minutes. I will take a short break between consecutive hours of playing. I’m happy to perform for up to 4-5 hours in one day. Let me know the rundown of your day and we can discuss the best timeline!

How Long Does It Take to Set Up?
I can set up in as little as 15 minutes if needed but I always arrive an hour early to ensure everything is ready and to avoid any last-minute stress. This gives me plenty of time to make sure the harp is perfectly tuned and in the right spot before your big moment!

Can You Move the Harp to a Different Location in the Venue?
Yes, I can! I have a trolley to easily move the harp to a new location within the venue. If there are any stairs involved, please let me know in advance so I can plan accordingly. If you need me to move the harp to a different venue entirely, that will be subject to a separate quotation. Just give me the details, and I’ll take care of the rest!

How Much Do You Charge?
My minimum booking fee is £420. Take a look at my wedding brochure or request a custome quote.

How Can I Confirm A Booking?
I'll need an electronically signed contract and a 30% deposit to confirm the booking and reserve your date. Final payment is due 30 days before the wedding/ event.

Does the Quotation Include Travel Costs?

Do you have public liability insurance and PAT certificate?
I am covered by full public liability insurance to play at your wedding/ event! My speaker is battery-powered so it doesn’t need to be PAT tested.
